Frame

 

We are so confident that our frame is the strongest in the industry we give our customers a three year warranty.  Yes three full years on a commercial grade splitter.  No other manufacturer stands behind their product like we do.  If you damage the frame or wear it out we will fix or replace it at no charge.   We don't care of you split 2 cord a year or 200!  When a frame is made with thick American made steel you can bet it will last.  Call our competitors and see if they will match our warranty.  We are willing to bet they will not because they use standard material that is half as thick.  They want you to wear it out so you have to buy replacement parts!

 

All repairs must be completed at our facility.  We will not authorize any other company/person to work/weld on our frame.  This is a specialized piece of equipment that most others are not capable to work on.   AWLS will not pay for any type of shipping or delivery.  Getting the machine to and from our facility rest solely on the customer. 

 

Parts

 

All of the parts that we use carry their own warranty.  For instance the Honda GX series engines that we use have a three year warranty.  That means Honda will cover the engine not AWLS.   We can help you through the process but a Honda service center will handle the repairs and cost to fix or replace the engine.   The same process will be completed with all parts on the machine.  It's fast and easy!

 

Most parts are easily changed with basic hand tools and can be completed by the customer.  If the customer doesn't have the skills to change out said part(s) they may bring the unit to our facility for the repair.  AWLS will not pay for any shipping or delivery charges.  This rest solely on the customer.
